poc-oh-no, really?
when i told friends that i was off to the poconos for the weekend, they all snickered and asked "does your room have a heart-shaped jacuzzi?" i thought, "what... are you kidding?" upon further research however, i have discovered that indeed, it's true. i quote from the insiders' guide to the poconos mountains: "Honeymooners and couples will find romantic hideaways with heart-shaped tubs and Jacuzzis." crazy! well i suppose that's why hubby's uncle is getting married there - it couldn't possibly be that it's beautiful and close to home for him. no matter, i am looking forward to getting away for the weekend - to a region i have never seen before. it will be fun, heart-shaped tub and all.
